HEY, I'M KRISSY!
With over 40 years in sport, having taught hundreds of children athletics (from age 2-15 years old), combined with growing three multi-figure brands in the children's activity space, you could say I'm pretty passionate about sports and business!
Having worked with (and supported) coaches, officials and volunteers within the sport, I became a qualified Level 3 UK Athletics Performance Coach, coaching under 15’s section club athletics.
I then went onto working for AAA (Amateur Athletics Association) and England Athletics for 7 years. In this time, I was responsible for creating pathways from grassroots (schools, community and local authorities) right through to county, national and elite athletes.
I was lucky enough to work for the largest leisure trust in the UK, in a company-wide Athletics Strategy in the build up to the 2012 Olympic Games, and went on to become founder of GLL London Children’s Track Stars Programme.
I built a successful national messy play franchise with over 40 franchisees, then combined my love of sport and business experience to run a successful sports business across Scotland, teaching hundreds of children athletics every week.
